Tinley Park Pharmacy provides senior citizen assistance to seniors living in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. We offer complete prescription and pharmacy related services. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of each patient and achieve clinical goals by dispensing the appropriate medication; provide counseling; offer medication organization and management. We want to ensure effective and optimal health outcomes for our senior citizen’s living independently or in a long-term care facility.

At Tinley Park Pharmacy we get to know our patients and spend time with them on a regular basis. We understand that senior citizen’s have unique medication needs and requirements. Our pharmacist takes the time to check the medication being prescribed for any potential medication interactions and/or duplication’s.

During our  one-on-one visits we…

1) organize the patients medication;
2) ensure the patient understands their medication requirements;
3) identify outdated or discontinued medication;
4) screen the medications and products for potential duplication of therapy or side effects;
5) help make sure the patient knows how to take their medication;
6) answer the patients questions regarding their medications.
